• Freemium Mode: No personal data is collected. The application operates entirely locally on the user's terminal (smartphone or tablet).
• Subscription Mode: Only strictly necessary technical data is processed by the distribution platforms (Google Play / Apple App Store): anonymized user identifier and subscription status. This data is used solely to unlock premium features.

Technical Identifiers (Expo): The application uses the Expo technical infrastructure, which may generate a random technical installation identifier. This identifier is:
• Treated ephemerally.
• Not linked to the user's civil identity.
• Strictly limited to technical needs (e.g., delivering an update or notification).
• Never used for advertising or profiling purposes.

2. Purposes of Processing

Data (technical and local) is processed solely to:
• Ensure the local functioning of the application (journal, breathing exercises).
• Verify subscription status via the Stores.
Guarantee: No data is used for profiling, marketing, resale to third parties, or targeted advertising.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing is based on:
• Execution of the contract (Terms of Use): Provision of the service and access to content.
• Legitimate interest: Ensuring the security and technical maintenance of the application.

4. Storage and Security (Local Architecture)

Local Storage: All sensitive data (journal entries, mood, preferences) are stored exclusively on the physical memory of your device (via AsyncStorage or file system). By default, none of this data is transferred to a server (Cloud) managed by La DistilleRHie.

Security: The security of your data relies on the locking of your own device (PIN code, biometrics) and the standard encryption of iOS/Android.

Important Warning: In the event of loss, theft, uninstallation of the application, or change of phone without prior backup, your local data will be permanently lost, as the publisher possesses no copy.
Recommendation: Use the export function (if available) or encrypted backups of your device (iCloud/Google Drive) to secure your data.

5. Data Retention Period

• Local Data: Kept as long as the application is installed. Deleted immediately upon uninstallation.
• Subscription Data: Kept by Apple/Google according to their own legal terms.

6. User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR and applicable laws, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. Since the data is stored locally on your device:
• Access/Rectification: You can consult and modify your data directly within the application.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA/International Clause)

The application is not addressed to children under 15 years of age (or the age of digital majority in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a parent discovers that their child has used the application, they can delete the data by uninstalling the application on the child's device.

8. International Users (USA, Canada, Non-EU)

This policy is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and French law. If you use the application from a third country (including Canada, USA, Switzerland):
• You acknowledge that your data is stored locally on your device.
• You accept that any data processing (particularly related to subscription) is governed by French laws, which may differ from the laws of your country of residence.

9. Subprocessors and Transfers

• Apple & Google: For payment management.
• Expo (Infrastructure): For proper technical functioning.
No other transfer of data to third parties is performed.
